According to the arrangement of the cosmetic supervision and inspection work in our province in 2020, this period involves the sampling and testing information of 633 batches of cosmetics in the province. 607 batches of samples passed the inspection, and 26 batches failed. This is hereby announced.

　　For the unqualified cosmetics in the supervision and inspection, the Provincial Drug Administration has organized the relevant market supervision and administration bureaus in the province to conduct investigations into the relevant production and operation enterprises in accordance with the law, ordering the production and operation enterprises to recall unqualified products, clarifying the quantity and flow of unqualified products, and reporting the relevant information to the market supervision and administration departments in the product flow areas; for cosmetics identified as counterfeit, the relevant business enterprises' procurement channels should be investigated, and illegal acts of producing and selling counterfeit and inferior cosmetics should be severely cracked down; based on the facts, the illegal and irregular problems of enterprises should be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law, and made public to the society.
